It was an unusually wintry night in Macon, Georgia. I had gone out to get some things I needed for the weekend. It was safe to be out and alone as a female then. I had just walked out of the General store, when I saw this beautiful..... creature... staring at me on the other side of the lane. I felt a sudden heat in my cheeks, though I don't believe it was out of embarrassment. I walked back to my home with my head down, trying to sheild my face from the wind. There wasn't one step of mine that he missed. There wasn't one step of mine that I didn't notice him.
I quickly ran in the house and gathered my thoughts. I wasn't afraid of him. I some how knew that he would not hurt me. It was just so strange, the way I felt at that moment. I looked out of the window, and he was seated on the porch swing. Almost glowing in the moonlight. I opened my door and stepped back from it. He must have heard me coming because he stepped through the door within seconds.
His eyes were a delicious gold and they were tenative in their gaze back at me.
"Who are you?" I asked quietly.
"My name is Jasper." His voice was deep and had a thick southern draw that I could not help but find pleasure in.
"Why were you following me?" I took a step toward him and he seemed shocked at my willingness to get closer to him.
"Because I need you."
I wasn't sure what the meant, but those were the last words he said to me in that life. I don't remember much after that. A few days had passed, so I was told, and when I opened my eyes everything was new. I felt his arms, so strong and full of love, wrapped around me. We've been together ever since....

- Finished. Looking forward to rereading them again soon
- Are you a fan of the movie? why or why not? How many times have you seen it?
- Absolutely!! Loved it. Sure, I had some issues with several things, but once I went back and saw it again (without trying to compare it to the book), I fell in love with it.
I have seen it twice so far. That number is going to dramatically increase come March 21st....
- Team Edward or Team Jacob? and why?
- In the beginning and all the way through till the end of Eclipse, I was Team Edward. Then in Breaking Dawn I became Team Jacob. All in all, I am really just team Jasper though..lol
