15 New Moon Movie Mistakes

Continuity: After Bella awakes from the first nightmare, we see her Romeo and Juliet book on thepillow beside her. When Charlie brings in her presents the book is gone, but then reappears on the pillow between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: In the montage scenes where we see Bella's depression, when the camera is circling her, the camera man is shown in the mirror (twice) behind her.

Continuity: When Alice jumps over the staircase in school to wish Bella happy birthday, between shots during the scene the positioning of the decorated scarf around her neck varies.
Continuity: When Bella pulls up at the Black's, she spots Jacob, gets out of her truck and her door doesn't fully close . Later you can see in the background that the door is firmly shut.

Revealing: The rims of the vampires contacts can be spotted occasionally during the film, especially the Volturi's during the ending scenes, e.g. Jane's in the elevator.

Continuity: When Mike and Jacob are standing outside the cinema waiting for Bella, between shots the Burger King takeaway bag sitting on the trashcan next to them changes position.

Factual error: When Bella is flying to Italy they show a Virgin America airplane. Virgin America only flies within certain cities in the US. Virgin Atlantic flies from the US to Europe.

These person were very detailed, they are set at very small things, perhaps you'd realize that after watching the movie 30 times... it's not a big deal . Just you have to focus that you ENJOYED THE MOVIE AND IT WAS AMAZING!

Please can someone tell me, why does Bree the newborn have to be killed by the Volturi ? and if so why doesn't Bella have to be killed aswell? when she is changed. What are the rules??

Comment by Sarah Anaya aka Cookie Monster ! on November 27, 2009 at 12:36pm: at least im not the only geek who realized the moon was turning the wrong way LOL , the rest of these i could care less about , but the begining credit bugged me cause it wasnt showing an actual new moon . and fiona , u really need to read eclipse and breaking dawn they will explain everything , bree has to be killed becuase she is newborn out of control and was apart of the battle to kill bella , bree couldnt be trusted so the volturi killed her , bella doesnt get killed because the cullens promised that bella would be turned into a vampire , cause bella is a human and knows about vampires , she is given the option to die or be changed. seriously read the books.

they killed Bree since she was part of the 'army' that left a bloody mess in Seattle.
and, they 'dont offer second chances', they didnt want to take a risk, i guess.
