Is there a Dreamcatcher in "New Moon"? (Possible Spoiler)

If you got a preview of the "script" that was floating around ,then you know that it had a dream catcher in it. Supposedly Jacob gives the dream catcher to Bella to help with all of her bad dreams. I don't know if any of this is legit but FYI there was no wolf bracelet in the NECA products that we previewed at Comic-con but there was this dream catcher.

What is your thoughts about this possible change that is different than the original book?
