"I-spy" rob's friend (tom?) in the red & blue plaid shirt walking through the door right behind rob in the larger photo at the top.....in the last picture corner left in the bar at their table i can't make out who rob's friend is holding the cig in his hand with the white t-shirt on, since we only get his backside. no law there guess you can still smoke in bars/restaurants in texas??

But i agree with @ivy's article and that theory makes since of all of them heading a bit south from texas into mexico for some desert filming BEFORE they take it into New Orleans, maybe that's why the texas pitstop who knows for sure now, but we will all find out real soon!!

so here is my suggestion...if rob goes to your neighborhood and stops by a bar/restaurant, dont twitter, text or call your friends. enjoy seeing him and let him enjoy himself. you may actually have a real chance of talking with him if 50 million people are not out there. it looks like quite a crowd were waiting outside for him. and then AFTER he leaves then tell the world :)

he was in lubbock,tx...he had a layover...and went to eat at the crickett bar and grill near texas tech univ....omg..he was hear ...

Are you sure it was a layover??? The rumor is they're driving, Rob, Tom, and Sam. And, I whole-heartedly agree with the suggestion to not tweet his location. Come on, people, give the guy some peace!
