I literally JUST saw that movie yesterday...and turned it off. *shrugs*. I guess I just didn't like some parts! Lol. But Kristen rocks!!!

This movie rocks my world. My jaw hit the floor when she did that interview at the end of the film - she's the exact replica of Joan Jett. I had no idea how much they could make her look like Joan - i thought it was actually her. I also think the red catsuit is fierce.

I am a fan of Joan Jett/Runawawys/Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, and I have to say if you enjoy this kind of music or you are a prior fan you will enjoy this movie more, I am still shocked how well Kristen did on Joan Jett's character as well as Dakota Fanning for Cherie Currie. And you know I am not a l**** like those girls are and all but the movie was pretty damn hot and for Kristen and Dakota not being gay they did pretty damn good on acting like they were, I know kissing eachother like that had to be pretty complicated.

what's not to like about the movie? great story (that happens to be true) & great performances. if this movie was released in the fall i bet there would be oscar buzz.

The commentary was so entertaining! Listening to Kristen, Dakota and Joan Jett talk to each other and talk about the movie was interesting and funny. Kristen talks during the entire commentary which I liked because she isn't always so talkative - of course she swears every other word but that is Kristen and I enjoyed listening to her say exactly what she was thinking. And I really LOVED listening to Joan's voice, it is so unique.
